Use this page to request deletion of your PDUSU CONNECT Student App or Teacher App account and eligible personal data.

Before you submit a request

PDUSU CONNECT Student App and PDUSU CONNECT Teacher App are published and maintained by Wonder Point Creative Solutions Private Limited as an officially authorized technology provider for Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Shekhawati University.

Account deletion is permanent. After completion, you may lose access to the app, chat history, uploaded content, preferences and other eligible account data.

Data normally deleted

App account, eligible profile data, device tokens, preferences, chat content and uploaded files, unless retention is required.

Records that may be retained

Official academic, examination, enrollment, employment, teaching, attendance, certification, fee, payroll, audit, security and legally required records.

How the process works

Select Student App or Teacher App and submit the request using the form below, or initiate deletion from the privacy settings inside the relevant app.
The support team will contact you through your registered details to verify your identity.
After verification, eligible account data will be deleted or anonymized.
You will receive confirmation when the request is completed or an explanation if specific records must be retained.

Important: Removing either app from your phone does not delete your account. Removal of mobile-app access also does not automatically erase official University academic, employment or administrative records.

Complete the details below. Selecting “Prepare deletion request” will open your email application with a prepared request addressed to the University.

For your safety, never include OTPs, passwords or payment credentials.

I understand that deletion is permanent and that official academic, employment, teaching, financial, security or legally required records may be retained.
