These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Shekhawati University (PDUSU), Sikar official Student Mobile Application, Teacher Mobile Application, and Official Website (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Definitions

• University refers to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Shekhawati University (PDUSU), Sikar.

The University shall not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

Teachers may access:

• Student Attendance
• Marks Entry
• Timetable
• Academic Reports
• Department Information
• Examination Duties

The University reserves the right to modify or correct any academic record where required.

6. Examination Services

The Platform may provide services related to:

• Examination Registration
• Admit Card Download
• Result Publication
• Internal Assessment
• Mark Verification

Availability of online information does not override official University records.

7. Fees and Payments

Where applicable, users may make payments for:

• Admission Fees
• Examination Fees
• Revaluation Fees
• Migration Certificates
• Degree Certificates
• Hostel Fees
• Other University Charges

Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.

The University is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by University rules and regulations.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or published without prior written permission from the University.

10. User Content

Users remain responsible for any information or documents they upload.

The University may remove any content that:

• Violates applicable laws.
• Is false or misleading.
• Contains malware.
• Violates University policies.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.

11. Availability of Services

The University strives to keep the Platform available at all times.

However, services may be interrupted due to:

The University does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Use of the Platform is also governed by the University's Privacy Policy.

Termination does not affect obligations arising before termination.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sikar, Rajasthan.

Revised Terms will be published on the official website and mobile applications. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By accessing or using the PDUSU Student Mobile Application, Teacher Mobile Application, or Official Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
